HOA Board Meeting: The next HOA Board meeting will be 6:30pm on July 9th at unit #3752. All association members are invited to attend.
NOTICE: Association dues of $150/month are payable on the first of each month. Members also have the option to pay quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Please leave the three-ring binder provided by the Association on the kitchen counter upon the sale of your unit. The binder is to stay with the unit. Put the monthly newsletters in the three ring binder.
