Recent Announcements

  • The next monthly HOA meeting will be Thursday, July 18th at #3548 at 6:30pm All homeowers are welcome to attend.

  • New Unwanted Plants Policy Property owners with excessive weeds on their property will receive a notice from the board. The owner has 10 days from the letter issuance date to remedy the situation, or an outside service will be hired to handle weed removal. The homeowner will be invoiced for the service fee and an administration fee. See the April 11th Newsletter for more information.

  • Pets: Per the Bylaws: a dog or cat must not be leased to common elements. When walked, the pet must be leashed and not be allowed to roam and run freely about the common elements.

  • Dues: Association Dues of $90 are due by the 1st of each month, grace period is from the 2nd to the 10th. An assessment of $10.00 will be added after the 10th. Dues can be paid Annually, Semi-annually, Quarterly or Monthly.

  • Refer to City of Cedar Rapids ordinances for placement and use of grills. The City's grill policy was attached to the April 2017 newsletter/minutes.

  • Please leave the three-ring binder provided by the Association on the kitchen counter upon the sale of your unit. The binder is to stay with the unit. Put the monthly newsletters in the three ring binder.
